Today customers are very keen to get the information but they want to get quickly, they do not want to spend much time for searching on the web page. It is also difficult for customers to read the whole page until the end or click through other relevant pages for information. On the other hand, once they start watching a video clip, customer are likely to view it to the end than they are to read a whole page, which gives a better possibility to engage them and thereby gets the message across, describes in PC World(Poor,2009).
